As a believer that we should rejoice in the good things in life and a believer that beer is one of those things (a beerliever if you will), I've gladly taken it upon myself to spread the joy and jump on the real ale /craft beer reviewing bandwagon, with the aim of demonstrating the sheer variety, complexity and character in different beers.
The chances are that you arrived here because you're already to some level a raging beer fanatic and will have formed your own opinions on any given beer, many of which might be different from the ones expressed on this blog. I have no intention of presenting mine as "correct", or indeed as my definitive impression of the beer in question, rather my thoughts of the beer at the time, under whatever conditions I and that particular container of that particular beer were under. I encourage you then to share your own opinions and whatever you derived from the beer, or didn't as the case may be, and point out when you think I am spot on or barking up the wrong tree.
So join me in discussing this most noble drink produced through natural processes with such wonderful, simple ingredients, and praise with me the important role it plays, or should play, in people's everyday lives.
